Export Logistics Coordinator (City of Industry)

We are looking for the ideal Export Logistics Coordinator candidate to join our team. We are a fast growing manufacturing company located in City of Industry CA 91746

Responsibilities:

· Logistics planning (based on the number of shipments to arrange ocean freight bookings)

· Booking confirmation/ Booking cancellation

· Schedule loads via e-mail or phone with trucking companies

· Process vendor container invoices and trucking invoices

· Update export planning excel and QB

· Input ocean freight and request telex release

· Process work orders (vendor, pick up location, date, time, contact person, phone#)

· Track containers via carrier's website

Requirements:

· 1+ year of export experience is required

· Proficiency in Word, Excel and familiar with Q/B

· Great communication skills

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to multi-task

· Bilingual in Chinese
