Job Title: Ocean Export/Import Assistant
Location: Irvine, CA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year (DOE)

Job Duties:
- Prepare/coordinate the necessary documentation for all ocean export/import activities
- Create cargo pick up/transfer order, coordinate with carriers/co-load agents, confirm cargo availability
- Communicate with export/import related authorities, customer, and suppliers
- Shipment delivery arrangement, update customers/agents of shipment status
- Create and maintain customer files
- Provide customer service support with professional and pleasant manner

Job Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office, compose letters, memos, emails, and other written documentation clearly and concisely.
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with supervisors, counterparties, and internal service providers
- Commitment to teamwork with all other functional areas
- Bilingual in English, Chinese/Japanese
- Authorized work permit is required

Experience:
Ocean Export/Import: At least 1 year
