旧金山美鹰移民律师事务所招聘全职助理or实习生，一周40小时！
要求：一，中英文流利（需要面试）。二，必须是美国本科学历及以上（在读也可以），最好是法律相关专业的学生。三，工作地点旧金山City Hall旁，Bart可到。四，条件优秀者，可以协助申请OPT或H1B。

Responsibilities include:

• extensive client communication, including, but not limited to, answering the telephones and confirming appointments;
• preparation of family-based petitions, asylum applications, naturalization applications, and other immigration petitions and applications that involve filling out immigration forms;
• preparation of evidentiary submissions during deportation (removal) cases, such as exhibit lists;
• the preparation of client declarations;
• maintenance of the office calendar;
• interpreting for clients;
• translating Chinese documents into English;
• copying documentation;
• processing incoming mail and packages with an immigration attorney;
• ordering supplies;
• greeting, gathering information, and documentation from clients;
• and, in-person filing of items with the Immigration Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States Postal Service, the San Francisco Asylum Office, Federal Express, etc.

Candidates also must:
• be fluent in English and Chinese;
• Prior experience in immigration law is preferred but not required.
