Bilingual (Mandarin) Client Support

Sponsorship: H1B Base on Performance
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00/hour depends on experience
Summary:
Serve as the point of contact for all support aspects with customers, sales representatives and other external processing offices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by being professional, troubleshooting, resolving issues, follow-up and providing customer feedback
Ensure that issues are escalated appropriately to internal departments and management
Work on various special projects as needed
Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Skills:
Mustbe able to converse in Mandarin fluently
Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Economics or a related field preferred/ Equivalent work experience in Banking or Financial industry
Excellent communication skills, including strong writing, reporting and business correspondence
Basic mathematical skills
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent and creative problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Attendance and punctuality is mandatory
Strong basic computer skills, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Interested in new technology
Ability to work in a team, call center environment
